Why won't the app find the item
online sometimes?
Local merchants might not list single
items online if they are usually sold
as bundles, or if shipping a low-cost
item isn't profitable. Online sellers
list thousands of items, but they may
not carry every specific product that
your local merchant has in stock.
How do I use the app the
first time?
Wait until you reach the store before
starting the app. It finds your store
location when it first opens. When
you scan an item, the app searches
online based on that store. It then
displays whether the local store or
an online seller has the better deal.
I started the app too early and it's
showing my home address.
Just click the three dots and select
Reset. This resets the app and your
location. You must be sitting still to
properly reset your location.
What is "Take Me Home"?
It connects to Google Maps to guide
you home or to your next shopping
destination. Tap "Take Me Home" and
speak when the microphone appears.
Remember to reset your location if
it has changed since you started.
Do you save my personal info?
In a word: No. We never save your
personal information or app data.
We keep no record of store visits or
scanned items. Scan data stays on
your phone for you to review or
